Managing your weight can seem like a daunting task. I know, I’ve been there. For me the final straw came when I was going to have to go from a size 18 to a 20. I was not happy! This was 16 years ago now, before I changed jobs and began to help other people. I joined WW, there wasn’t much choices around then. I used their principles of calorie counting but I added my own mindset stuff, only………I didn’t know it was mindset stuff at the time, it wasn’t really an everyday topic of conversation back then.
Anyway, I lost 3 stone 1lb in 18 months (Hurrah) and have since then lost a further stone. I did it by treating it as a lifestyle change, so that it’s an ongoing thing, rather than a diet that just gets you to an end point, if you stick with it that long, which doesn’t always happen. The other thing is that people often put it all back on again and more and so the cycle of dieting carries on.
But, what if it didn’t have to be that way?
