Rachel May – Old Pain2Go Testimonial
I am very grateful to Kate for today’s treatment and the preceding telephone discussion. Kate explained everything very clearly in understandable and accessible ways. Not to sound dramatic, but it felt like Kate had ‘a window into my soul’ – everything Kate said about my old pain not only made sense but resonated with me deeply and personally. The session with Kate was comfortable, enjoyable and very professional. In terms of the actual results; I was amazed that following our telephone discussion, my pain had already started to lessen considerably and prove much less intrusive into my life than had been the case for over a year. The follow-up Zoom treatment was not only physically affirmative in continuing this reduction, leaving me completely pain-free at the end of the session, but also felt psychologically beneficial and emotionally uplifting; leaving me feeling relaxed, in control and positive about the future as well as motivated to tackle many of the issues we had discussed during our Zoom session. In short, Kate’s work has prompted me to embrace the future and any opportunities it presents enthusiastically and most importantly, without pain. Without the Zoom session today, I would not have had any such insight into my old pain nor had any idea about its significance and its relationship to all aspects of my life. Thankyou Kate for the life-changing process you have provided for me and enabled me to benefit from, it goes without saying I would whole-heartedly recommend your OldPaintoGo sessions.
Sue Lee – OldPain2Go Arthritis in feet and ankles
Kate, I really thought you were the perfect person for me to have OP2G with. I loved your straight-talking approach even though I found some of it very difficult (hence the tears). Nothing worthwhile comes without difficult conversations and facing your deeper thoughts head-on and of course being honest with yourself too. I am a work in progress like most of us and at the moment my life is full of ups and downs. Thankyou thank you thank you xx
I had an OP2G session with Kate after suffering with pain for the last 6/7 months following a fall down the stairs in March and fracturing my foot/ankle in 3 places. I was left with horrendous pain in my left foot/ankle joint and a limp, which also affected my right foot because I was over-compensating because of the pain in my left foot. After having several x rays and a CT scan was told it was arthritis and I just had to go home, take painkillers and live with it, or alternatively have my foot fused! Neither was not an option for me, so that’s when I met Kate and she worked her magic on me. It really feels like a miracle has taken place, the pain on the day was around about a 4, on a scale of 1-10, but that was because I hadn’t really been on my feet for long. The pain can go off the scale at its worst and stopped me living my life. Before the fall I was a really actively person, going to the gym and walking for an hour in the countryside most days. Today I have woken up with no pain and actually walked down the stairs like i used to without pain, stiffness and without limping. It really is life changing, not just physically but mentally and emotionally too. She gets 5* from me and I would urge anyone with chronic pain to pay her a visit. You seriously won’t regret it.

On the day of my session, I had woken with a higher level of back pain than usual, so I was glad of the opportunity for me to try something new to manage the pain. Kate and I had spoken previously, and I had spent a little time prior to the session reflecting on the nature of my pain and how it presented itself. I felt very comfortable ‘meeting’ Kate on zoom and she took time to put me at ease. The process was simple and I was easily able to focus on the steps. I felt comfortable in spending as long as I needed to work through the process.
I was amazed that I had no back pain when the session finished. Above I have allocated 1/2 a point to the level of pain at the end of the session, simply because I had a little pain in my left hip. I hadn’t realised that I had hip pain as it was being masked by my back pain, so I hadn’t focused on it during the process.
24hrs + since the session and I still have no back pain! I feel taller and more mobile in my back. I am naturally adopting a better posture. I have been noticing the lack of pain throughout the day
I’m still feeling so calm & balanced in my emotions
Prior to working with Kate for IEMT I joined one of her free groups to look at my health in general & really benefitted from the 5 days making slight adjustments to my Hydration & Nutrition, I really liked Kates simple, practical & sensible approach to things. Off the back of this I was looking for something to help release emotional trauma & we had a consultation about what IEMT involved. Kate made it easy to understand so I signed up for the 6 weeks package. As I was dealing with a major life change the timing couldn’t have been better. I found it to be very beneficial to me clearing up things I’d held onto for years, especially as I didn’t have to reveal anything I didn’t wish to in words which made it easier to do than my past talking therapies experiences.
I’m still feeling so calm & balanced in my emotions almost 1 month on since our last session. I feel all the things that held me back have rescinded into distant memories & now feel that I can close those chapters of my life & start on a new improved volume of my life. Thank you, Kate. Highly appreciated & Highly recommended.

What’s been your biggest takeaway from the work you’ve done?
The work on diet has led me to understand how my body reacts to different foods and food combinations. I have realised that ‘healthy’ diets do not always give a healthy
response. With Kate’s careful tuition and encouragement over the weeks, I have gradually changed my diet, eating foods that my body is better able to manage and now feel much more energised. I am still working on different food combinations and learning new ways to create appetising and satisfying meals. I can feel the positive effect this is having on my health. My weight is more stable; not yo-yoing up and down, energy and consequently motivation are improved. – PM 2021
I’m a type 2 diabetic on medication and insulin.
In the last 4 months I have steadily lost weight. I’m a type 2 diabetic on medication and insulin. Losing any weight will always be an uphill struggle. However, even this loss of 4kg along with a fair few cm’s from my arms, legs, waist and hips have impressed my diabetic review team. My HbA1c level has come down from 11.8 to 6.8 – well within the normal range and for the first time in 13 years I no longer have to make 3 monthly visits to be seen by the specialist – my next appointment is in 6 months time.
I can think now!
My brain fog isn’t such an issue now, thank goodness!
I’m not feeling as bloated after meals or as windy!
I’ve lost weight and don’t have so many issues when my period if due to start
My family tell me that I’m not as grumpy as I used to be
I feel so much better, I’m not dropping off to sleep whilst at work anymore or when I’m driving
